Next Gen DTS Multi-Engine Control for 2 to 4 Engines

Whether you want to throttle up or comfortably cruise, the sleek, ergonomic throttle handles and easy-to-reach control buttons seamlessly connect you with your Mercury propulsion system. Even the base was designed with a comfortable shape and a grip ledge for extra stability when driving in rough seas.

Every button, every indicator light, every engine control was scrutinized through intensive usability testing to ensure the Next Gen DTS controls are easy and intuitive to use. So you can handle the boat with confidence and precision.

Next Gen DTS delivers a premium driving experience for wherever the water takes you. It’s compatible with all Mercury DTS-enabled outboard, sterndrive, inboard and diesel engines. That includes the V8 and V6 FourStroke outboards and the legendary Verado® engine family.

With the option to trim engines individually or all at once, you can dial in your boat’s running attitude to handle any conditions on the water. There’s also a convenient start/stop-all button incorporated directly on the control, eliminating the need for additional start/stop pads.

Next Gen DTS leverages a robust and reliable operating system. Though you won’t sense it working, you’ll certainly notice the results. The operating system supports basic engine functions and has been upgraded to enhance throttle control for connected SmartCraft systems such as Joystick Piloting and Skyhook®.

Mercury incorporated its popular Active Trim feature directly on the control, making it simple to activate the industry’s first GPS speed-based automatic trim system. Active Trim continually and automatically adjusts engine trim to improve performance, fuel economy and ease of operation.

If your boat manufacturer or dealer uses genuine Mercury gauges and controls when installing your new engine, the warranty coverage for those rigging components will be extended to match the total warranty of your engine.
