Mercury Marine continues to power Cigarette Racing around the world

Mercury Marine & Cigarette Racing have enjoyed a long and successful relationship that continues to grow each year.  According to Cigarette president Skip Braver, “I genuinely believe it’s the best thing in the world for the consumer.”

“The relationship with Cigarette and Mercury Marine started from the first day I owned the company,” said Braver. “When I came into this business I wanted to have somebody that was a reliable partner and Mercury is that partner.”

“Our partnership with Skip and the Cigarette team continues to grow and we are very proud to be the exclusive power supplier for the Cigarette team,” said Erik Christansen, Mercury Racing general manager.  “Skip and I always talk about how the combination of power in the boat and loyalty between the two companies has really paid off through the years.”

Mercury Marine and Cigarette recently showcased its partnership during a media event in New York City as well as the February launch of the Cigarette Racing Team 41’ SD GT3 inspired by the Mercedes-AMG GT3 race car.
